It is for both ends of the trailing arm. One bushing mounts in the closed end of the trailing arm and the other mounts into the rear axle carrier (knuckle) and the yoke end of the trailing arm attaches to it. The product comes with grease and is straightforward to install. You can either remove the trailing arms and have the machine shop press the bushings out or you can go to your local auto shop and loan the press tool that allows you to press the bushings out with the arms still on the car.
