The suction cup feature makes it different from other tools on the market. However, it can break easily and has a tendency to loosen up over time. Its length is 32 inches fully extended and folds to about 16 inches. This tool is easy to use; all you need to do is slide the black handle forward. It has a small peg at the end of the arm that hooks into the side of the handle, which may be stiff when new. Unfortunately, the packaging and diagrams do not show the peg, causing confusion for some users.
