eXtremeRate Clicky Hair Trigger Kit for PS5 Controller BDM-010 & BDM-020

The eXtremeRate Micro Switch - Light Version Clicky Hair Trigger Kit for PS5 Controllers stands as a polarizing accessory, garnering mixed reactions from users. On one hand, the product boasts an appeal for dedicated gamers, particularly those who play first-person shooters (FPS) where rapid response times can enhance gameplay. Many users noted the triggers' super-fast response, indicating their effectiveness once installed properly. Initial installation, however, presented challenges. Some customers reported significant issues with fitment, leading to the need for extensive modifications—such as dremeling and additional gluing—to make the kit work properly. This often resulted in frustration and disappointment, as some found that their triggers worked intermittently or not at all. Despite these difficulties, there are positive notes regarding customer service, which managed to turn some negative experiences around. Several customers praised the company's responsiveness and willingness to replace defective items, leading to lasting loyalty despite initial hiccups. Furthermore, while some users experienced a break-in period during which the triggers became more reliable, others were left dissatisfied with the overall experience and demanded a more seamless installation process. Some players also commented on the physical interaction of the micro switches being less tactile than other components of the controller, which detracted from their gaming experience. In summary, buyers should be prepared for potential installation challenges and assess their willingness to modify their controllers. The appeal of faster triggers may warrant the effort for hardcore FPS gamers, but average users may find the experience cumbersome and time-Consuming. **
