Kreg PRS1045 Precision Router Table System - Self-Squaring Fence System - Sits on Precision Router Table Top - Carpentry Tools & Accessories

The Kreg PRS1045 Precision Router Table System has garnered a mixed but generally positive reception from users, with many praising its ease of use and innovative design features, especially the self-squaring fence system and router lift. Customers appreciate the intuitive adjustments that facilitate accurate setups and alignments, as well as the improved functionality it offers compared to entry-level router tables. However, there are notable concerns regarding quality control and stability. Reviewers have pointed out issues with the stability of the legs and the overall alignment of the fence relative to the table surface. Some have experienced difficulties with the fence not staying square even after adjustments, compromising the precision that the system promises. Additionally, the dust collection system has been criticized for its design, with issues regarding the hose connection and overall effectiveness. While many acknowledge that Kreg has implemented some great design concepts, these are often undermined by the inConsistency in manufacturing quality. Users are left feeling that while the router table presents a significant upgrade over lesser models, Kreg may need to refine its quality control processes to fully live up to its reputation in the woodworking community. ###
