This top-rated ceramic filter element incorporates granular activated carbon and media to efficiently reduce a range of contaminants including trace organics, enhanced organics, pharmaceuticals, chlorine, heavy metals and microplastics. It helps improve taste and odor, too. Made for the British Berkefeld gravity water filter systems, it is also suitable for use in Berkey, Phoenix, Purewell, ProOne, Alexapure and other gravity water filter systems. Change your ceramic water filter element every 6 months (or every 400 gallons) for consistently clear, tasty and odorless water. Replacement ceramic water filter cartridge comes with wing nuts and washers. NSF Certified for 42, 53, and 372 codes; WRAS approved. Dimensions: 7H x 1.9W. Origin: UK.
