The Z-1000 Transformer is a 100 watt power pack and separate controller that is compatible with Lionel Fastrack and S-Trax. It has a power output of 18 volts and 100 watts. It comes with the transformer power supply itself, a speed controller with speed control dial and buttons for whistle/horn, bell, and direction, and a cable to connect the power supply to the speed controller. It does not include the track snap in connector, but it can be improvised with a soldering gun. The transformer works with Lionel Lionchief and can be used with tubular tracks for Lionel trains, although it is recommended to contact the company for confirmation.
