Black Licorice Jelly Beans, Old Fashioned Candy, 2 Lb Bag

The Black Licorice Jelly Beans in a large 2-pound bag have not fared well among customers, with overwhelming feedback indicating disappointment in both quality and taste. Many critics compare them unfavorably to more established brands like Brach’s and Jelly Belly, highlighting a lack of softness and chewiness in these jelly beans. Multiple reviewers noted that the product tasted stale, hard, and overly sweet, obscuring any genuine licorice flavor. Several customers expressed frustration, claiming that previous experiences with the candy were positive, only to find the latest batches significantly lacking. Discontented Consumers even indicated they would not recommend the product or would leave it uneaten, reflecting poor taste and texture. Some did mention beneficial effects, such as aiding digestion, but overall, these jelly beans have not met customer expectations for a quality candy experience.
