Banyan Botanicals Cinnamon Daily Swish Organic Ayurvedic Pulling Oil with Coconut Oil Mouthwash for Fresh Breath and Sparkling Oral Health* 2 oz Non

Banyan Botanicals Cinnamon Daily Swish is an Ayurvedic pulling oil designed for oral health, featuring organic ingredients like coconut oil and cinnamon. Nutritionists appreciate the use of coconut oil due to its antimicrobial properties, which can potentially aid in reducing harmful bacteria in the mouth, thus contributing to better oral hygiene and fresh breath. Cinnamon is praised for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, enhancing its appeal as a natural ingredient. However, some health professionals advise caution regarding the extent of health claims, as scientific evidence specifically linking oil pulling to significant oral health benefits remains limited. Overall, this product can be considered a healthy choice for those seeking natural oral care options, especially for individuals following vegan and non-GMO diets. However, it should not replace regular dental care practices like brushing and flossing.
