The Lionel O36 FasTrack Curved Track 4 Piece is a great addition to any train setup. It is compatible with all Lionel train sets, just make sure to get the right terminal section for the transformer. It is made of three 10-inch roadbeds with continuous 30-inch long metal rails. It can be used without attaching it to plywood as it comes with a base that keeps it in place. The platform size recommended is at least 49.5 x 70.5 inches. It is important to note that this kit only contains pieces to make a 40 x 60 inch oval into a figure 8, and not a whole track. It is suitable for O gauge 3 rail track. Customer Experience: Customers have had positive experiences with this product, commending it on its compatibility, quality, and appearance. The product was delivered on time and in good condition. However, one customer had to return a turn out that kept derailing their train. A few customers found the track setup confusing and recommended buying the four-pack instead.
