In a way, it can also be described as a continuation of the books Being Human and Existence and Psychiatry, which the author wrote in the past, reflecting our age.The main purpose of classical psychoanalysis was to try to create a compromise between one's instinctive desires and what was expected of one as a social being. When it was realized that societies could also 'get sick' during and after the Second World War, the criterion of adaptation to society in the definition of 'normality' was gradually abandoned and a more flexible middle ground was found in which normality was defined as a process. And then we entered an age where it did not make much sense to say that what is happening should not happen.
