Funk 8898 5449191 Editorial Review
**** The album "Ctrl" has garnered an overwhelmingly positive reception, lauded for its exceptional sound quality and artistic integrity. Many customers highlight the rich vocals and stellar production that stand out throughout the record, with several comparing it favorably to classic 70s soul music. This modern offering from SZA not only appeals to long-time soul fans but also captures the interest of a new generation, thanks to its contemporary lyrical content and engaging melodies. Listeners appreciate the aesthetic appeal of the green vinyl, which adds a visually pleasing element to their collections. Many reviews point out minimal surface noise, suggesting that the pressing quality is commendable. Although some users noted that the album did not initially come with a download code, several reported receiving one through Amazon, ensuring that access to digital versions of the tracks is still possible. While most reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction, a few critiques suggest that while the album is excellent, it may not reach the perfection of a five-star rating for every listener. Nonetheless, standout tracks such as "Broken Clocks," "Supermodel," and "Pretty Little Birds" have left a lasting impression, making "Ctrl" a highly recommended addition for anyone exploring modern soul music. **
