- Stark Stall Bars are manufactured using wood and steel, making it different from the all-wood traditional Stall Bars. Stark Stall Bars are one of the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment available, providing benefits to the beginner athlete as well as fitness professionals and athletes. Perfect for and found in sports medicine clinics, gyms, physical therapy offices and hospitals across the country. Stall bars are also a great addition to a home gym or studio. Used for decades to improve flexibility, strength and mobility, users can exercise from a sitting or standing position. Additionally, there are a wide variety of exercises that develop better balance and improve range-of motion. Stark Stall Bars are also ideal for use with suspension trainers and exercise bands (not included). The Stark Stall Bars have a weight capacity of up to 300 lbs. Fully assembled, the apparatus has a height of 7.4' and a width of 3.5'. The entire apparatus extends from the wall by a depth of 20. Once installed, the steel bars are fixed in place, but the wood bars can easily be removed. This lets the user adjust the stretching aid to fit their needs. Each dowel is sized at 1.5 in diameter and the distance between each is approximately 7. Distance from the floor to the bottom rung is 6.5. Mounting hardware is included for drywall applications. Fully illustrated installation instructions are included as well.
