- Main Parameter: This power pipe threading machine features industrial-quality threading. It threads,cuts, and reams water, electric, and gas pipes. It can accommodate 1/2"-3" pipe threads. There are disassemble stand.
- High Performance: Electric pipe threader speed grip chuck quickly locks the pipe in place and has replaceable, rocker-action jaw inserts. Different specifications of the die head are convenient for adjusting the size of the thread, the length of the screw and the find adjustmnet of the thread diameter.
- High Quality: Compact structure made of cast aluminium alloy light weight body, easy operation, good safety & low noise. Alloy steel cutter head can easily eliminate burrs. Special heat treatment makes the gear wara-resitstant and durable.
- Oiling System: The through-head oiling system facilitates movement and allows for longer work sessions, automatical circluation. Clean the oil filter disk and oil suction filter disk after running for 8 – 12 hours. Clean the oil tank and refill if the oil is dirty or turns black.
- Wide Application: Suitable for threading requirement of pipe thread for BSPT & NPT on request. Pipe thread machine is an ideal machine for raising efficiency ,ensuring quality of projects and reducing labour intensity in pipe installation. It has been widely applied in installing and building industries.
