The shoulder wrap is made of a neoprene-like material and some nylon that is washable, either via hand or machine with or without the removable strap. The heat/cold packs are reusable and effective in providing therapy, with the cooling pad staying cold for quite a long time. The brace is bulkier than traditional compression braces but can be used without the heat or ice packs to keep the shoulder secure. The holster works well but, unfortunately, the cooling packs might not stay cold for long. The shoulder wrap is great for recovery, and it is easy to put on and fasten by yourself, although it may only reach the upper portion of the bicep; it is fitting for either shoulder.
