- The ZQuiet Advance anti-snoring mouthpiece is a custom-fit, adjustable solution. This mouthpiece gently holds your jaw forward to keep your airway open. It reduces the vibrations that cause snoring and helps you get a deeper, quieter sleep. An innovative design eliminates contact and pressure on the front teeth, reducing discomfort common with other mouthpieces. This slim and lightweight moldable mouthguard is more comfortable to wear than typical bulky boil-and-bite models. It features four, interchangeable strap sizes that incrementally advance the lower jaw to optimize results. We recommend you always start with the smallest strap size and move up only if snoring persists. Our patented hinged design lets your jaw move naturally, so you can talk or even drink water while wearing it. Minor side effects, including drooling or sore jaws are normal and should disappear with continued use.
